Kurt leads veteran engagement and strategic outreach initiatives for ADVON. He remains deeply committed to mentoring senior NCOs and officers as they transition to meaningful careers in the private sector.

After his tenure at Quiet Professionals, Joe launched his own practice within the Culture Index framework, applying physiological and personality analytics to build elite executive teams. His methodology blends behavioral science with mission-first leadership, enabling organizations to scale with clarity, cohesion, and character.

Dr./COL Peter M. Tan retired from the U.S. Army after 36 years of Active and Reserve service, having four commands and serving at the Office of the Surgeon General and the Pentagon, he had the honor of serving alongside some of the nation’s most dedicated men and women. From September 2021 to June 2025, he served as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (CASA - 3 Star Protocol) appointed by the 25th Secretary of the Army, the Hon. Christine E. Wormuth. In all, he served the U. S. Army and our nation for 40 years.
After Residency and Fellowship training and a distinguished 30-year career in Maxillofacial and Craniofacial Surgery, Dr. Tan retired from private practice as the Senior Partner at Mid-Maryland Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, P.A., where he cared for patients across nearly three generations throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
He now serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital and as Executive Vice President of Partnerships for the ADVON Foundation, where he helps empower veterans through strategic collaboration, mentorship, and community engagement.
